There's so many to choose from... I usually use one of these:

This has been around forever:

This Akamai site is easily scriptable:

A good one:

http://www.ipchicken.com/

Another good one:

http://wtfismyip.com/

What does everyone usually use? Most of them don't even support IPv6.
