req: KVM North-East USA - 512MB/2-3TB transfer/50Gig storage

Hi

Finally decided what I need, so looking for KVM or Vmware based VPS.
it is easier to tell requirements, than find whatever fits me.

I need 40-50GB of storage.
512 MB memory (768 is better, but not required)
2-3TB of bandwidth, or, better yet unmetered 5mbps.
ability to boot VM from my .iso
ability to get snapshot of VM downloaded weekly (for backup purposes)

Any offers?
