I'm looking for a VPS in the northeast area, mainly NY, NJ, and Pennsylvania. 256MB of ram and 10GB hard drive and 100GB bandwidth would be enough. I'll be using this for VNC from NYC so ≤15ms to NYC is especially important. OpenVZ, Xen, KVM, etc all fine.
